During Tax season they may be receiving phone calls, text messages, sending links, emails and other forms of contact more frequently to carry out fraud and steal their confidential information.
At MEDZAM we want to invite you to be careful not to respond to calls, links, emails and any other form of communication, if you are not sure where it comes from.
Remember that it could be a Scam! If you are receiving communications of this type, you can send the details and information directly to the #IRS using the email phishing@irs.gov
REMEMBER: The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) does not make calls to request information, contact with taxpayers is made by #letter or #Notice sent to their postal address.
